The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the dates for the different examinations to be conducted. The schedule for UGC National Eligibility Test (NET), All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET), Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET), ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research), Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) have been released on NTA’s official portal. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) had agreed to the proposal of MHRD for conducting various examinations in the month of September.
The schedule is given in a precise manner in order to give a clarity to the audience regarding the upcoming examinations. Entrance tests, bachelor degree programs, OPENMAT (MBA) entrance examinations, post graduate entrance exams, and PhD are the list of examinations which will be conducted.
The dates have been modified and scheduled in consultation with respective admitting/ user organisations. National Testing Agency has decided to conduct the examinations in September. Only the PhD Entrance exam of IGNOU will be conducted in the month of October as mentioned on the schedule. Due to the Pandemic situation everyone has been struggling to be as safe and careful as possible. One by one universities and institutes are taking into consideration the fact that situations need to regularise and that is why the education system should also take up needful safety measures and resume with the schedules of admissions, examinations, courses, online classes smoothly. There is still the factor of anxiety and fear within the people regarding the current situation and what will happen in the future. The exact dates of when the examinations will be conducted are also mentioned against each section. The ICAR examination dates are yet to be released, but it will be released shortly is mentioned. Great consideration shown by providing email ids and contact details for clarification purpose, keeping in mind the current situation where everyone is in a anxious state.
The admit cards/hall tickets will be commenced 15 days before the examinations. The details which will be mentioned on the admit card include Roll Number, Centre, Date, Shift and Timings of the examination. It has been advised that parents and candidates keep a check on the respective examination website for all updates and so that they do not miss out on any important update.
Recent updates have shown that the education departments have been taking steps towards normalising the situations, while taking the needful precautions for the safety of everyone. Effective measures are being taken so that the future of the students does not get affected in any way.
