Immediate care program: Mental health crises can occur in day-to-day life. The catch is most of the programs are oriented toward dealing with severe mental disorders and their management. In everyday life, some situations happen unexpectedly. These bring a toll on mental health.

For instance, in a recent case where a teenager accidentally got scammed while playing online with a loss of Rs. 5 Lakhs but could not inform parents about it. His friends tried to help him with stress but were not aware how to. Most of us see frequently how our close ones feel stuck in sudden circumstances. We might feel helpless as to what can be our role in helping them. Such programs can help us to have an effective way of dealing with strategies that are backed up with empirical evidence from research.
