About Psychologist

I am Dr. Gunjan Joshi, an accomplished Clinical Psychologist, enterprising leader, and passionate advocate for mental health. My expertise lies in conducting psychological assessments, providing counseling, and offering psychotherapy to foster individuals' mental well-being and address their grievances. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, youth, and the elderly.

As an active practitioner of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I empower individuals to navigate their challenges by teaching them acceptance and change-based skills. I firmly believe in tailoring treatments to meet each client's unique needs, drawing from an eclectic approach that encompasses various therapeutic modalities. This individualized approach promotes personal growth and helps clients overcome their obstacles.

My services include conducting assessments, providing psychotherapy, and offering counseling for a wide range of concerns, such as depression, stress, anxiety, OCD, anger issues, personality disorders, marital conflict, relationship issues, and behavior modification. By combining my clinical expertise with a compassionate and supportive approach, I strive to create a safe space where individuals can explore their concerns, gain insight, and develop strategies for lasting positive change.

In addition to my clinical practice, I am also a published author at Psychologs and have contributed to national and international journals. I am passionate about sharing knowledge and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. As a leader in the field, I frequently organize workshops aimed at destigmatizing mental health and educating the community on how they can contribute to dismantling stereotypes. Furthermore, I enjoy assisting newcomers in the field of psychology by providing them with practical knowledge gained through my own experiences working with patients.

My dedication, compassion, and expertise in mental health allow me to provide individuals with the support they need to overcome obstacles and enhance their overall well-being. I am committed to making a positive impact in the lives of my clients and promoting mental health awareness within the community.
