I am Dr. Aanchal, a trained Clinical Psychologist from an RCI Recognized Institute, equipped with over 4 years of experience in the field of Mental Health. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals across various age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. My expertise lies in assisting individuals who are grappling with a range of issues, such as Addiction, ADHD (Child & Adult), Anger management, Anxiety disorders, Depression, Eating Disorders, OCD, Panic disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Relationship difficulties, Sexual Dysfunctions, and Stress management.

In addition to my clinical qualifications, I am a certified Hypnotherapist from the prestigious California Hypnosis Institute in the United States. This specialized training has enabled me to incorporate hypnotherapy techniques into my therapeutic approach, offering additional support to my clients.

I am professionally trained and proficient in providing various evidence-based psychotherapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Therapy (BT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Prolonged therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, among others. These therapeutic modalities allow me to tailor my interventions to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual I work with.

Furthermore, I possess extensive knowledge and practical experience in conducting psychological, intelligence, and neuropsychological assessments. I am adept at utilizing assessment tools such as Rorschach Psychodiagnostics, Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), MCMI, MMPI, and others, to gain comprehensive insights into my clients' psychological functioning.
