I am Dr. Reena Sharma, PhD, and I am the Founder and Practicing Psychologist at The Mind Practice. With over two decades of industry experience in psychological therapies, human resources, and behavioral/soft skill training and administration, I have gained valuable insights. I am also a qualified Rehabilitation & Forensic Psychologist and criminologist, equipped with expertise in psychological & forensic psychological therapies/assessments, investigative techniques, and offender rehabilitation. Throughout my career, I have pursued training in various modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Forensic CBT, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in areas such as depression, personality disorders, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. These skills were acquired from renowned institutions like the Beck Institute of Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
