Digital Products:
Digital products, such as magazine subscriptions, online courses, or digital downloads, are non-refundable after purchase. This is due to the nature of digital content, which cannot be returned once accessed.
2. Conditions for Returns and Refunds:
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us immediately at info.psychologs@gmail.com with a description of the issue and photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after evaluating the claim.
Incorrect Items:
We apologise for the inconvenience if the wrong product is shipped to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue by sending the correct product or issuing a refund.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

If your request for a refund or replacement is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
