The Department of Psychology, University of Delhi was established as an independent department under the leadership of Prof. H.C. Ganguli in the year 1964.
The notion of wellbeing surrounds health as a positive desire rather than a neutral or a disease-free state. Health & Wellbeing highlights living well in the articulate between health and societal participation. Health & Wellbeing also, are situated as merchantable and adaptable products. As the society stands at the crossroads of modernity, post-modernity, and nostalgia of traditions, the discourses in Health & Wellbeing also needs to be looked at critically. The seminar aims to bring together a conflux of perspectives for the commencement of areas to be reviewed and concerns to be addressed and mapping of future directions for research and practice.
Call for Papers:
Papers related to the given sub-themes are invited for oral/poster presentation. Those interested shall submit the soft copy of Abstracts
through e-mail the latest by 12-02-2020. Only the selected abstracts/papers will be allowed for presentation during the scientific sessions. All communication would be done through the email id for the seminar.
