Discovering the Magic of Yoga: A Multicultural Event in Uganda

A large number of Ugandans were among the yoga aficionados who gathered for an energizing yoga class intended to promote wellness and explore the many advantages of this age-old practice. Yoga Asanas

Meditation

The class ended with a basic yoga exercise called meditation from the instructor. Participants were led through a peaceful meditation exercise that helped them calm their minds and feel extremely relaxed. The participants felt a strong sense of oneness and connection as a result of the group’s overall calmness and tranquility.
