I believe that humans are born with the innate capacity to change and grow into the best versions of themselves. I am a Psychotherapist with an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore and a Certified Emotional First-aid Provider. I provide online consultations and work as a life-coach for a company. At the heart of my practice is to help people build and live a meaningful life. I also give training in mindfulness-based exercises and believe that this is a skill that everyone should develop in order to make conscious and better choices in life. I mostly work with adolescents and young adults. I am also inclined towards research and academic writing and have my research paper published in the International Journal of health Sciences. Apart from my office, you can find me on some random pop-up food stall, cooking biryani or making a Blue Lagoon. I take a great interest in cooking and believe that it is an art. I am a trained Classical singer and a Kathak dancer, and absolutely enjoy being on the stage. Hobbies significantly impact our mental health by enhancing it, and I recommend everyone to give at least 30 minutes to their hobbies every day!
