I believe that words are the most powerful resources available to mankind and try to use them constructively. Mindfulness and positive psychology are my strengths. I have been in teaching industry since more than 10 years.I counsel students, adoloscents and parents in a School setup. I conduct sessions and workshops for Mental Health Awareness at various platforms. I have also done Diploma in Early childhood care and Education. And M.S in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have written some personal blogs and aspire to become an Author. I am highly passionate about reading especially self help books. Pschology is the food for me. I find it everywhere around me.
