I am Nithika Elugula, A passionate and enthusiastic student pursuing my Masters in Information Systems at the University of Melbourne. I have constantly been persuaded by the subjects that improve one's psychological abilities. My love for the systematic study of the physical and natural world through observation helped me to start writing articles about the workplace and organizational psychology. The managerial psychology subject has injected into me a keen sense of logical reasoning and a pragmatic approach. Curiosity is the first and the foremost quality which drives a person towards learning new things. I started to develop an interest in workplace psychology which made me secure membership in IAAPSY( International Association of Applied Psychology). I have conducted interviews and individual assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization. During the evaluation, I have come across various issues in concerns to skill acquisition, administration, and maintenance, leadership, and workplace potency. As a result of my interest in employee wellbeing and relationships, I aim to research the subjects of harassment, including sexual harassment, and workplace violence and support the employee's productivity, safety, and health.
