Mindfulness: A Key to Unlocking Life Amidst Tough Times
“MIND IS LIKE WATER WHEN IT TURBULENT, IT IS DIFFICULT TO SEE, WHEN IT BECOMES CALM, EVERYTHING BECOMES CLEAR.” A Call to Action
I am a post graduate in Psychology from HNB Garhwal University, Uttarakhand and an eligible Assistant Professor after qualifying UGC NET in the subject. I have worked as a school psychologist in Kendriya Vidyalaya ONGC. My keen interest in the subject can be viewed from my journey of a full 14 years in the subject. I have been reading Psychology since my school time and gradually felt in love with the subject. My passion to deliver the true essence of this beautiful subject holds a high pedestal in my life. Added to a rich educational background I am also an observant being by nature. I believe that Psychology is life and we can never separate the two. Being a true feminist I have worked under a number of women empowerment projects in my college days and will keep spreading awareness in the same field throughout my life. My definition of change revolves around Individual action, i.e no positive change can occur in the society, until and unless we all stand for it individually. Here, on Psychologs, I just want to take an individual action and join this beautiful fraternity which is doing its bit for the society in a wonderful way.
