Dr Sumathi Chandrasekaran is the founder of Neha Foundation, a center for self- development and psychological counselling, at Chepauk, Chennai. She has a doctorate in developmental psychology, specialized in Parental counseling and children behavioral problems. She has undergone a two-year training course in advanced Transactional Analysis, and intensive two-week training on Adlerian psychology at Hitzkirch, Switzerland. She is currently the Managing Trustee of Yuvathi, an NGO, a forum for women emotional, mental, and social wellbeing. She has started an innovative project called MIND CAFÉ, which was established in the city of Chennai. She is an online certified International Happiness Coach, from Berkeley Institute, California. She is the Founder Supervisor of Indian Academy of Professional Supervises, India.
