I am a passionate, committed, clinical psychologist with a strong academic record, seeking continuous knowledge up-gradation, through new opportunities for learning, teaching, research, self- improvement and growth. I possess a unique skill quadrangle of academics, practice, research and mentoring, with experience spread over a period of 25 solid years of work, majorly spent in Gujarat. I have work experience in working on government and Non- governmental research projects, establishing mental health services at community level, teaching psychology at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and providing psychological services of assessment, psychotherapy and counselling in private and non-governmental setups. Currently, I am running my own center for comprehensive clinical psychological and psychological services at Surat. I also am a Visiting Faculty in different colleges and courses, as well as hold different positions of importance with academic institutes like board of studies membership or examiner-ship at academic institutes in Gujarat. Further, I contribute to new entrants into the field of mental health as they constantly approach me for internships, guidance, and development of skills or research.
