Vdodara. I achieved my bachelor degree from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar. In July 2018, I earned my masters and PhD degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Punjab Agricultural University. During my masters degree, I worked to meet guidance and conselling needs of adolescents in Punjab. I have immense interest in mental health and positive psychology. I am also passionate about communicating and writing issues related to parenting, mental health and well being. I want to beautify the community by spreading interventions and happiness.
