MPhil Clinical Psychology Trainee

I am a passionate mental health advocate and a believer of positive psychology. I am currently pursuing M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from Amity University (Gurgaon). I have worked with diverse population like special needs children, geriatric population and patients with schizophrenia. My aim is to make people aware about the importance of mental health and make seeking therapy affordable and accessible for the mass. I plan to start a clinic in my home town as there is a lack of mental health services in the city. I am interested in working with adolescent as well as adult population and my interests include positive psychology mainly practice of mindfulness and gratitude and therapies like hypnotherapy, cognitive behavior therapy and expressive arts based therapy.
