AIIMS Bhopal and Patna announces multiple vacancies for psychology graduates-
As per the latest notifications released on 17th of November 2023, The All-India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhopal and Patna have opened vacancies for graduates in the discipline of psychology. The posts for which applications are being invited include that of health educator, psychiatric social worker and vocation counsellor.

Psychiatric Social Worker
AIIMS Bhopal has opened applications for the post of psychiatric social worker within the desired age limit of 18 to 35. The candidate ought to have completed post-graduation in the fields of psychology or psychiatric social work and at least an experience of about 5 years in the field of vocational guidance and counselling in psychiatric care. Specialized qualifications in the field of social psychology are desirable for the applicants. The pay level of level 7 is mentioned as remuneration for successful candidates. The notification, however, has not mentioned the number of vacancies available for the post.
Health Educator (Social Psychologist)
AIIMS Patna has opened applications for the post of health educator (social psychologist) within the desired age limit of 21 to 35. The candidate must compulsorily be a postgraduate with either an M.A / M.Sc in the discipline of psychology and ought to have working experience of at least 5 years with physically challenged individuals in rehabilitation centres. Applicants who have completed an M.Phil in the field of clinical psychology are desired for handling the post. A Level 6 payment will be provided as remuneration for the selected candidate. However, the institute has released only a single vacancy for the post.
Vocational Counsellor
AIIMS Patna has invited qualified candidates for the post of vocational counsellor within the desired age limit of 21 to 35. Applicants must have acquired a postgraduate degree in psychology and a postgraduate diploma in rehabilitation psychology/vocational counselling/ vocation guidance and training/vocational rehabilitation from a recognized university. They must compulsorily have 3 years of experience in the field of orthopedically handicapped in a recognized institute. A Level 7 payment is notified as remuneration for the selected candidates, although the number of vacancies has not been mentioned for the post.
